The Sacramento California Temple was announced April 21 2001 and the site was dedicated August 22 2004; the Temple was completed and dedicated on September 3 2006. The Sacramento temple is the 123rd working temple at 19,500 square feet on 46 acres. It has two ordinance rooms and four sealing rooms.
