The Logan Utah Temple was announced on October 6 1876 and the site was dedicated May 18 1877; the Temple was completed and dedicated on May 17-19 1884. Logan temple was the second working temple following ST George and was rededicated March 13-15 1979. Logan Temple is 119,619 square feet on 9 acres; it has 4 ordinance rooms and eleven sealing rooms.
